Janaye found us this amazing hotel providing close proximity to Malpensa Airport for our flight home the next day. She helped with looking at regional train travel so we could find a train & times to bring us to Casorate Sempione station. From there it was only a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Thank you Janaye! We loved this hotel!

Our travel agent was very accessible & attentive to our needs & questions. We called her directly to be sure the check-in for this property was indeed on the up & up & she contacted the property & stayed on the phone with us to walk us through the process once we heard back from the host.

She offered choices for us to consider in fitting with our plans for our 2 day stay in Rome.
