We had a different hotel booked in Madrid and had some ideas of what to do during our stay, but we had nothing actually planned. Then we talked to Jamil and everything changed! After getting an idea of what we were looking for, he suggested a few different hotels with better locations that were closer to the things that interest us and farther from the busy party center of the city. We decided the Palace Hotel would be the best choice and we are so happy we made that choice. Not only did he get the hotel booked right away, but he secured a ride from the airport to the hotel, a gorgeous upgraded room, made sure we got our wine and fruit welcome gift, and got us free breakfast daily. He also spoke directly with the concierge and arranged a daily itinerary for us complete with reservations for all dinners and tickets to the activities that we had hoped to do while in Madrid. It was as if they already knew who we were even before we arrived! They even had our train tickets at the concierge desk and a ride to the train station at the end of our visit. Jamil checked in with us during the stay to see if we had any questions and to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. Prior to talking to Jamil I had been very stressed about planning this trip; however, once Jamil took over we had nothing more to worry about and nothing to do but pack, go, and thoroughly enjoy our amazing visit to the Palace Hotel and lovely Madrid!
