I have never gone through a travel agent before but I can’t imagine it getting any better than Jamie! We were so indecisive about where to take our honeymoon which is originally why we reached out. She was so patient and helpful with a wealth of information and gently helped navigate us to the amazing rosewood mayakoba – I can’t imagine anywhere better for us! Jamie was so responsive and really did so much work to make sure we felt secure in our decision. She also helped us get some wonderful upgrades that truly made our trip special! Jamie was just what I needed for this trip! The hotel she helped me select was unique and charming and such a memorable part of our visit to New York City. She narrowed down the overwhelming number of hotels I was finding with google and gave me confidence that we would be happy with the choice we made. The suite she booked for our party was beyond what I expected and lovely in every way! She checked in with me before the trip, reminding me of special offers from the hotel, and followed up afterwards. It’s been a long time since I used a travel agent, but now I see the benefit, and I will definitely seek out Jamie for help with future travel!

Jamie went above and beyond in helping us book our trip to Paris. She helped us find a cute, boutique hotel in the Saint-Germain area. She listened well to our interests, and she gave great travel tips and wonderful recommendations for activities and food.
