My Story
I tend to approach travel the same way I approach most things in life: thoughtfully, a little analytically, and with a quiet obsession for making things work better. Before starting Staple Trips, I spent years working in operations and supply chain, where details matter and small decisions can ripple through an entire system. That mindset naturally carried over into travel planning. While many people see a trip as a list of bookings, I see it as a sequence of moments. I don’t consider myself a “creative” in the classic sense of the word, but I bring immense operational creativity into a trip. Quality time is my love language, and I bring that to each and every trip I plan.
Travel Style
My travel style is relaxed on the surface but backed by serious strategy. I love efficient park days at Disney, slow mornings with good coffee, and itineraries that leave space for the unexpected without feeling sloppy.

Jamie was a huge help coordinating the hotel and working out the airport transfers with the booking company and hotel. We were a large multi generational group but she figured out and had a set up in rooms that met our needs! It was awesome having all the booking information in one place too. I couldn't have planned this trip without her help.

If Jamie hadn't of followed up directly with the hotel to see if they could accommodate our group, we probably wouldn't have stayed here. But they worked together to make sure we had the right room configurations. And we received upgrades upon arrival!! We're so grateful to Jamie for helping orchestrate this trip of a lifetime!!!

Jamie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the properties. I would never have found half the things she suggested.

We had a trip to California and we had some trouble (and nerves) travelling by plane. Jamie helped us pick the right flights and texted us when things changed. She also recommended tours while in California. Overall we had less stress working with her.

The Disney of Costa Rica? A Family Stay at the Springs Resort & Spa
When I call The Springs "the Disney of Costa Rica," I don't mean it's themed or over-the-top. I mean that it shares Disney's obsession with the guest experience. Every path, every amenity, and every interaction feels intentional. Add world-class hot springs, rainforest adventures, and genuinely outstanding service, and you have one of the best luxury family resorts in Central America.
