Jamie made everything so easy! She had so much patience working with preferences of our large party and provided us with several options to consider when booking. I cannot recommend the Luminous perks enough, as they got us a generous late check out and several other daily amenities. We would absolutely love to work with Jamie for every trip we book!

Jamie answered all our questions when initially searching for a place to stay in Charleston. She gave us several options and we landed on The Ryder. She checked in with us before, during, and after our stay. 

Planning can be overwhelming, but she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
