My Story
I’m Cameron Steagall, a luxury independent travel advisor with Fora Travel, and my love of exploration was born from a simple belief: the world’s most extraordinary places should be accessible to anyone with the curiosity to seek them out—not just those with limitless budgets or industry connections.
I’ve traveled across six continents driven by a deep passion for eco-tourism, sustainable adventure, and the kind of travel that leaves a place better than you found it. From the misty cloud forests of Costa Rica to the ancient temples of Kyoto, from the fjords of Norway to the spice markets of Marrakech, every journey has shaped how I approach planning travel for others.
As an advocate for inclusive travel, I’m committed to creating welcoming, thoughtfully planned journeys for the LGBTQ+ community—and for anyone who believes that who you are should never limit where you go. I partner closely with properties and guides who share that commitment.
