James did a great job booking the rooms I required. He informed the staff of my early arrival times so I wouldn't lose the rooms nor have extra charges. He stayed in contact with me, inquiring about my accommodations. James was very attentive to my family's requests. His customer service was top notch. I will recommend him to everyone who's traveling. 15 out of 10 stars.
