James had everything so well planned, the trip ran smoothly. Our first plane had a delayed takeoff, which meant we would miss our connecting flight. Jim was on it immediately, and booked us a new flight even before we landed at the airport. He planned a hotel, and all of our Uber rides in advance. He was very attentive to our requests, he really did it all for us. We will definitely be calling Jim for our next trip!! Highly recommended.
