James was absolutely fantastic to work with! We booked a long European vacation, taking place over multiple cities, with travel arrangements in between each. On the trip, we had no problem at all with the travel bookings that James had made and his hotel selections were fantastic and provided top-notch service. He was very sensitive and flexible to our particular needs, wants, and budget, and would make sure to accommodate where he could. He made the entire planning process incredibly easy and fun!
