My travel agent was a masterclass in how travel is supposed to be done.

From start to finish, she handled everything with precision and warmth — airport pickups, restaurant reservations (including places that were “fully booked” until she worked her magic), and every logistical detail I didn’t even know I should worry about.

Travel can be stressful, but with her, it felt like I had a guardian angel with a Rolodex full of secret connections. I wouldn’t dream of booking a future trip without her.

Checked on hotel prior and after to make sure our state was as expected.

Jacqueline is awesome! She provides great suggestions and is mindful of any requests. We were celebrating a special occasion, and she got us upgraded to a premium corner king suite that overlooked the Delaware River and historical Bucks County Playhouse!

Jacqueline did a fantastic job helping us book our rooms for the cruise! She kept us informed of sales opportunities. She also made hotel reservations for us for before and after the cruise. Highly recommend!

Jacqueline did an amazing job helping us find this hotel and even when we had the problem at the hotel, Jacqueline did everything in her control to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. she called the hotel and manager, she left emails and voicemails. We love Jacqueline!!! She’s the best.
