Jacqueline has been extremely helpful in planning our stay, booking our transportation and keeping in touch with us and the resort throughout our stay. She truly made sure we were accommodated and checked in with the resort when the reservations were mixed up. We would definitely rely on her for future travel and recommend her to our friends as they plan their travels!

Was so happy we had Jacqueline as our trip advisor. There are SO many moving parts going into Disney trips and questions and she made the process seamless. Reservations, special requests, tickets, park informations and recommendations, she knew it all. She was helpful and available for questions when we arrived in Disney as well. We are already thinking about our next trip and will be using her moving forward with all our Disney trips

My travel agent was a masterclass in how travel is supposed to be done.
From start to finish, she handled everything with precision and warmth — airport pickups, restaurant reservations (including places that were “fully booked” until she worked her magic), and every logistical detail I didn’t even know I should worry about.
Travel can be stressful, but with her, it felt like I had a guardian angel with a Rolodex full of secret connections. I wouldn’t dream of booking a future trip without her.
