Jacqueline has been extremely helpful in planning our stay, booking our transportation and keeping in touch with us and the resort throughout our stay. She truly made sure we were accommodated and checked in with the resort when the reservations were mixed up. From start to finish, she handled everything with precision and warmth — airport pickups, restaurant reservations (including places that were “fully booked” until she worked her magic), and every logistical detail I didn’t even know I should worry about.
