Jacqueline was amazing to work with when booking my stay on the Gold Coast. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Even though we live in different time zones, she was always incredibly flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling time to plan and discuss details. Her recommendations were spot on, she was always responsive and organised, and she genuinely cared about getting everything right. I felt completely confident knowing everything was taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jacqueline again for future trips and highly recommend her to anyone planning a getaway.

She was kind, courteous... a true professional. When I needed anything ( odd hours ) - Jacqueline was quick in her response. She instinctively asked follow up questions to better gauge what I was looking for or what I 'really' needed. Again, a true professional.
