Jacks & Co.'s services were above exemplary. The Hyatt Regency Waikiki, came not only with an excellent free upgrade to the room for an ocean view, but also included a $100 credit overall and a lovely buffet breakfast every day, of which the menu changed daily. Her choice of the hotel was highly recommended by her and proved to be the best. When I added two more days to my itinerary, Jacks managed to keep me in the same room for a seamless transition into the second reservation in total compliance. I look forward to her booking my next trip. She crafted an explosive hotel perk package that was economically dynamic.
