Jaclyn was incredible to work with. She planned every aspect perfectly, and the trip was truly seamless. She was also able to secure a room upgrade! Jaclyn also saved us money by seeing that the rooms went down in price and canceled are reservation and rebooked it at the cheaper price. :)

Great - we booked pretty last minute and she was still able to put together a wide variety of options (hotel options as well as full ski week packages that included hotel rooms / rentals / etc) and was also helpful in coordinating logistics like car transfers to and from Geneva, restaurant reservations, etc. It was a great experience all around and we’re excited to book our next trip!
