We can’t say enough about our Fora advisor, Jackie. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable and giving us great recommendations about accommodations and places to visit, she was always helpful and gracious. She enabled us to plan a last-minute trip to San Diego and LA, handling reservations for hotels, train tickets, and a tour. We couldn’t have done it without her! She was invaluable in helping my husband play at Torrey Pines golf course, providing him with a link to reserve a time through the city. Through her, we received Virtuoso perks, such as an upgrade at Torrey Pines Lodge to a room with a balcony overlooking the course. We very highly recommend Jackie to anyone planning a trip!

She listened to our wishes and ideas and once she had an idea of our budget, she offered a variety of options and reviewed the advantages of each. She planned everything from our beautiful hotel accommodation to great restaurants to guided tours and took care of all of our transportation. We benefitted from her world-wide travel expertise as well as her vast network of international contacts. Her travel tips were invaluable. Jackie’s incredibly organized with a laser-focused attention to detail. Plus, she was flexible and responsive when there were last-minute scheduling changes. She’s a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her services.

I consider myself organized, but Jackie takes organization and planning to another level. There is not one detail omitted! Jackie planned a sibling trip which was perfect from end to end. Everything was phenomenal from air, to hotels, to tours, to restaurants! She gives you a detailed itinerary with addresses, contacts and phone numbers, so you never have to worry about what comes next. Jackie is also a seasoned traveler and “foodie”, so has been to many travel destinations already. This allows her to draw on her own experiences and pass along important information, i.e. great places to visit, where to dine, tours and tour guides to use while in country! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a 5 star travel experience! Jackie will be my preferred travel planner for any future travel plans! She is head and shoulders above anyone I have ever used - Jackie does NOT disappoint!

She went above and beyond to craft the perfect international holiday, which was a seamless blend of culture, history, outdoor adventures, culinary delights, and hidden gems off the beaten path. Her organization and attention to detail were impeccable from start to finish. But what truly sets Jackie apart is her kindness and professionalism, which elevated the entire experience. Jackie Verses was a pivotal reason why my family called our Portugal vacation a “Trip of a Lifetime.” Jackie took responsibility for making airplane reservations, securing restaurant reservations & time, passing along to each the weather forecasts with suggested attire to pack. She communicated with each of us on a as-needed basis. Speaking personally, we communicated frequently by phone. Jackie always placed her call at the agreed-upon time highlighting suggestions I did not know.

Made aware of the interests of family members, she shared excursions — such as dolphin & whale watching, tile museum, cruise down the Tagus River that proved so enjoyable.

As much as all of the above were true, none of Jackie’s suggestions could compare to the tour guide she afforded us. BRUNO was so professional & so personable. Simply in a class by himself.
