Jackie was immensely helpful with planning our trip to South Africa. She considered our family of five and found the perfect accommodations to suit our needs. It was easy to communicate with her via text and she responded very quickly (and patiently!) with any questions I had. When we came up against a schedule problem and needed to rearrange our dates, Jackie communicated with the hotel to find a solution. She also suggested several activities for us to do and created a well paced itinerary for us to follow with the activities we selected. Jackie was proactive and encouraging - we would not have made it to South Africa without her!
