We are so grateful to Jack for helping us plan our honeymoon! He actually picked Bucuti & Tara for us based on what we told him we were looking for, and it ended up being the perfect resort. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we loved every minute of our trip.
The whole booking process was so easy because Jack handled everything. Anytime I had a question, he responded so quickly. I even had to change the payment method after we booked, and he took care of it right away and made the whole process completely stress-free.
As our trip got closer, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, he had a note and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made us feel so special.
If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about making your trip amazing, I can’t recommend Jack enough!
