Izzy was a tremendous help finding and booking our stay at Convento do Espinheiro. Communication was very easy and all responds were timely. Further, she helped book our spa appointments.

Izzy was very quick and communicative during and after our booking process. When we were originally looking for hotels she sent various options that fit our criteria. We chose the Convento do Espinheiro, Historic Hotel & Spa and had a lovely stay. She was able to work with the hotel so we were all able to get massages at the same time on the day we arrived. During our stay she checked in to make sure everything was going well which was very much appreciated. We also had a sweet treat from her which was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond.
