Travel Style
Once named "the most underrated traveler," I pride myself on seeking out personalized experiences. Once I get to a location, I want to dive deeper into it. I tend to travel with a few activities on my itinerary, leaving flexibility to relax and let my senses take in new sights, scents, languages and tastes. I travel with the desire to be overwhelmed and enveloped by the culture and everything it has to offer.

Ivona was incredible to book with! We talked through what my vision for a family vacation was, and she helped send options across several price points and locations until we narrowed in on the final resort. Soon after booking, unbeknownst to me, there was a huge issue with our reservation that was outside of her control and not her fault. Without my knowledge, she handled everything behind the scenes and made sure our vacation was never impacted. In fact, the only reason I knew something was wrong was the resort, in error, contacted me directly. When I reached out to her she filled me in on what happened and told me all the steps she had taken to fix the problem. She fought for us and won, and we had a great vacation because of it. What most people don't realize is when you book online directly, there are travel agent fees built in even if you're acting as your own agent. In fact, I had looked at pricing independently and then with her, and her rates were actually better than what I found! She was also able to secure some perks with her connections. I highly recommend Ivona for helping with all of your vacation needs!

Ivona was great to work with. She was patient with my ever changing mind on what I wanted for our 25th Anniversary trip. She NALIED IT with Bungalows Key Largo! Will definitely be calling on Ivona again for our next trip!

Ivona Dixon provided exceptional assistance in booking our last-minute cruise! Despite the short notice, she secured us an outstanding price and even managed to upgrade our room.
