She was amazing. Quick to respond, gave great suggestions, and gave us a goodie bag which came in handy for scarlet night and even for me when I forgot to pack socks for the gym! Highly recommend her!

Ivis is the best. She got us set up on our Virgin cruise with ease (and with priority boarding) and communicated our options to us as far as transportation, excursions, and other information about the ship. Highly recommend using Ivis for any travel planning needs!!
