6 stars! The hotel booking experience with Fora couldn't be better - we felt accompanied from the moment we were advised by Ivete Morais. The hotel we usually stay in Rio didn't have availability for a double room plus a spare bed for our daughter. That's when we spoke with Ivete who managed to proactively offer us alternatives in the area and within the budget we were looking for. Spot on - Ivete understood our profile and the type of hotel we wanted (5 star hotel, family orientated, in or close to Ipanema and where we would feel at home). Ivete managed the entire process on our behalf and kept us informed of each step and discussion with the hotel between the booking date until we travel to Brazil. Upon arrival, the receptionist had all the necessary information with him including our special requests which luckily were all attended including a room with sea view which was not included in the initial package we paid for (they were based on availability as always mentioned by Ivete). During the stay we were contacted by Ivete to ensure we were satisfied. She also wondered if we needed anything else that hasn't been discussed previously. Although Ivete is not employed by the hotel, I personally felt she was like their extension to make us feel happy during the stay which made our experience one of the best ever in our lives.
