Irma went above and beyond to help us get a reservation with 1. short notice and 2. in a very high demand weekend since it was the NY marathon weekend. She was always quick to answer any questions, offer advice and help us select the best hotel meeting our needs and requirements. Once we settle on the hotel, were delighted to hear about the perks/upgrade she got for us ! We already have an inquiry going on with her for our next travel planned for January next year and I am sure we will continue to work with her for many years to come.

Irma, our advisor in this trip, was key to making our visit a great experience.
From the beginning when we started to book the trip the service was excellent, always making sure that we were set to have the best experience possible, not only with having the best hotel booked, but also in having a lot of other experiences during our trip: tours, dinners, places to visit, and Broadway play (we saw Aladdin, totally recommended!).
Also during our stay in NY, Irma was always in touch with us, making sure everything was as expected, and that we felt as comfortable as possible, again, great great service!
