Ingyin was great! She keeps reminders of our stay. She contacted the hotel directly to make sure our reservation is there and we have the correct rooms. She made sure that we were able to spend time at the hotel beach first if our room wasn't ready to check in. Ingyin suggested great restaurants, things to go, and places to go while we were in Laughlin. Outstanding service overall from Ingyin and we will definitely go through her again for our future trips. Thank you so much Ingyin.
