Exceptional and very efficient service.

Igor was, as always, exceptional. The booking was made last minute and involved two guests with different travel dates, yet everything was handled perfectly. We received non-smoking rooms, and my reservation was split into two parts to avoid unnecessary charges. Igor also informed the hotel about the early check-in, which they kindly accommodated. I’m very satisfied with his work and will definitely continue arranging my future trips through him.
