Ian helped us plan out truly a trip of a lifetime for our family. Smooth flights, transitions to transportation and ease of check-in at the mornings. He was able to help us out with some add-ons to the boat such as paddle boards, kayaks, etc.. I can’t say enough about his service. 5 stars.

Ian was a gem to work with! Our family had never been to Costa Rica before so we honestly had no idea where to start. After Ian learned a bit about us and what type of vacation we were looking for, Ian helped us with finding accommodations and activities that matched what we had envisioned for our vacation. He also gave us the BEST restaurant recommendations. Both my kids and my husband left our Costa Rican vacation saying it was the best vacation they have ever had!
