My Story
I am an avid world traveler, originally from Guatemala, currently living in Pennsylvania, who loves spending time traveling and exploring new countries and cultures with my family!
My Travel Style
As a photographer, I have been able to explore many countries with my family. Having been born and raised in Guatemala and now raising my family in the US, I love being a cross-cultural link. We enjoy the adventures of both exploring new locations, as well as the culture and especially food of the new places we get to visit! I often look for ways to have an authentic cultural experience by looking for recommendations from the locals and would help you have as authentic of an experience as possible.

La atención de Hugo estuvo 20/10, estuvo muy atento todo el viaje, tomó muy en cuenta los lugares que queríamos visitar y nos dio opciones cercanas. Estuvo muy planificado el viaje y realmente lo disfrutamos, es bastante amable y accesible. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Hugo sin duda algunas hizo que la organización de nuestro viaje a europa fuera muchísimo más fácil (a pesar que era un viaje que implicaba MUCHA logística).
Estuvo de la mano conmigo planificando cada detalle: vuelos, trenes, buses, hospedaje e incluso recomendaciones de lugares a visitar y ropa a llevar según el clima de la ciudad!
Además, la ayuda de Hugo no fue sólo al inicio, sino que durante el viaje nos estuvo facilitando temas de formularios a llenar, check in y siempre nos daba seguimiento.
Quedé encantado con la ayuda de Hugo, cuando vuelva a viajar en el futuro sin duda alguna Hugo me volverá a ayudar!

Our vacation was set up as a surprise for me for our anniversary. Hugo did a great job choosing a romantic special place to celebrate. From choosing the resort and booking our airfare, to checking us in advance at the airport. He lined up the driver to and from the resort with a great description of who and where to go. He kept us up to date with gate changes and any time changes so all would run smooth. It was a very amazing experience and we highly recommend him and also the DR.

I can't say enough about Hugo! He is by far the best travel agent we have ever had. His communication and attention to detail were incredible. He was super friendly and always made sure we had the best trip possible—he truly went the extra mile. For anyone planning a trip, I highly recommend Hugo—you won’t regret it!

Fue una muy buena experiencia y sin duda la mejor opción para disfrutar de unas vacaciones ya que uno no se preocupa de nada, la comunicación super clara y todo salio cómo estaba planeado, gracias Hugo por la ayuda y por las recomendaciones para el viaje!

After a series of catastrophes in the 1700’s the city was relocated to its current location in Guatemala City.
