Hope Jones

Hope has planned several trips for us, so I knew I could trust her to plan our 40th-anniversary trip, and she went above and beyond. She created a full itinerary for us with hotel, restaurant, and excursion options. Once we agreed on our options, she booked our hotel and excursions and made restaurant reservations for us.

For the restaurants she made reservations at, she notified them ahead of time about our anniversary, and they made it a very special experience for us. Hope also sent us reminders before the trip to make sure we were ready.

When we arrived at the hotel, we not only received a free room upgrade but also several gifts from the hotel, along with an anniversary gift from Hope. Hope’s thoughtful planning and attention to detail allowed us to have a stress-free anniversary vacation. We will definitely come to her for all our future travel needs.

Hope was very good at communicating throughout the entire process. Everything was set up as planned and the trip went smoothly. I would just recommend that she advise future clients on any entry requirements to international destinations, as Aruba has a $20 “entry fee” that must be paid prior to arrival. Some travelers scheduled to be on our flight were unaware of this and experienced delays.

My wife and I were celebrating our 39th anniversary, and Hope went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. She created a professional and detail itinerary, outlining where we needed to be each day. Her communication with us was outstanding. She was always available when we needed assistance and offered valuable recommendations that made our anniversary surely memorable. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip.
