Holly was an EXCELLENT travel advisor. From the very beginning she was in constant communication with my travel group, providing recommendations but always taking into account our many preferences. Her suggestions for activities were all excellent and we enjoyed the planned itinerary. What was most impressive however was that her guidance did not end once we made it to Italy. Holly continued to inform us of unforeseen delays in out travel plans (like train strikes) and then assisted us in changing accommodations and tour bookings when required. Her welcome gifts and personal notes on check in at our hotels was also a lovely gesture.

Holly made sure we had everything we needed and kept in contact with us over the 6 months we had our trip booked. She arranged our transfer to and from the hotel and answered all of our questions. Holly is the first travel agent I have worked with and I will continue to work with her!
