Hollie seemed to know exactly what we were looking for from our short break in Amsterdam, and absolutely nailed the brief. Throughout the whole booking process her communication was exceptional. Hollie offered many options for us, both to explore Amsterdam and to eat out in Amsterdam. All of her recommendations that we took, were up to the standard that she promised, we therefore had a thoroughly enjoyable and stress free break.

From the very beginning of the booking process Hollie communicated all aspects of requirement, and well and truly gauged the hotel and area, it ticked all the boxes. No question to Hollie seemed to faze her and her recommendations of the local area/restaurants were exceptional, every single element of the trip was therefore so much more enjoyable because the stress and risk had been negated by the service and professionalism that Hollie offered. Hollie's knowledge of Bodrum is exceptional, and it made all the difference in our stay. Her communication was thoughtful, organised, and reassuring. Everything was arranged perfectly before we arrived, meaning we could relax and enjoy every moment of our trip.
Her restaurant recommendations were a particular highlight. She didn't just point us in the right direction, she went out of her way to suggest specific dishes at each location, which we happily worked our way through. Consequently, we discovered restaurants and dishes we wouldn’t have tried on our own. The day-long boat trip she arranged was the undisputed highlight of the trip.
