We could not have given Hillary shorter notice on this trip and she still made everything happen for us. On our way home, our flight was canceled. Reached out to Hillary and before we deplaned, she had already secured a hotel room for us for the night.

Hillary was so amazing to work with! She found us the perfect hotel for our stay - it may have been our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at! She made sure to find somewhere that would accommodate all of our family’s needs and also ensured that the room was set up with a baby cot for our child. We wouldn’t have known about this place if not for her and are so glad that she was able to find somewhere perfect for our needs that was even better than what we could have expected! She was super responsive throughout the whole process and made our travel seamless!

Hillary was able to help me tremendously with the hotel in Rome. She was able to upgrade our hotel experience and provide treats which enhanced our family's stay! Booking six rooms at the same hotel out of the country can sometimes be challenging, as well as finding the right place. I was glad Hillary was able to take care of that for us. Hillary was the best travel agent I've ever worked with. She gave us so many options to choose from, and worked within our budget to ensure we got the most out of our stay. She also recommended alternate routes for travel which ended up making our transition between locations completely seamless and simple.
