Hilary made our Chicago stay special! She helped us hone in on where to stay. We landed at The Viceroy which was an amazing choice. Our upgraded room, champagne, in room pastries, & hand written notes validate why booking through an agent still has it's perks. Looking forward to 2024 and using Hilary to help curate other experiences around the globe.

I can't wait to work with Hilary again. She was so clear about everything and made planning our trip such a breeze (and a lot of fun!). Her recommendations felt personalized, as she is clearly an intuitive and thorough communicator, and the tips she gave us were invaluable. She presented us with excellent options, all within budget, and took the stress out of planning every single detail ourselves. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
