Heloisa Jones

Heloisa went out of her way to help us find a centrally located hotel with two rooms for us. We wanted one with a king size bed, hard to find in Europe, and another room with two beds. She found the perfect place! Our hotel room was quiet even though the streets were filled with restaurants and bars. We simply had to walk out the door and we had multiple options within a short walking distance. We were able to walk to multiple attractions and take short taxi rides to others. We really appreciate the time that she took to provide us with different options. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We had an amazing time!

Heloisa has been a joy to work with on multiple occasions, including this one. She provided us with the hotel options we requested, and included additional hotels in the surrounding area to give us the full picture. Once we made our decision, she immediately booked the hotel and locked in the best rate possible. Heloisa's communication is always punctual and easy to understand. She has never pushed us to book anything specific, but instead provides valuable input and feedback when asked. We will continue to book travel with her and suggest others do as well!

Heloisa made booking the hotels for my trip really easy. With minimal direction and criteria, she was able to pull together several (but not an overwhelming number of) choices for accommodations for me to select. She took into consideration my preferences and budget, and was reassuring in terms of securing great rates. Overall she made things very efficient.
