She was on top of everything. Even when things weren't going as planned, she tried to accommodate us to the best of her abilities. I should of gotten insurance for the trip given that so much of my plans changed, but that wasn't on her, I declined it from the beginning. But will def book with her again.

Heidy was excellent! She knew that our budget was small and she suggested this hotel because she had stayed there before. Her recommendations for hotel and activities around were truly great. I cannot wait to book more vacations with her. She is really a sweet girl.

Ms. Gonzalez was exceptional. From the beginning she asked us what was our budget and if there was anything we needed to have for the cruise. We honestly just wanted to go away for the weekend, and found that the options she shared were perfect. Definitely will be booking other trips with her assistance.
