She took the time to truly understand what we wanted from our trip and created the perfect itinerary, including wonderful restaurant suggestions and nearby points of interest while staying within our budget. The thoughtful welcome of Prosecco and chocolates when we arrived in Lake Como was such a special touch. We also loved using the Axus travel app—it made everything incredibly efficient, with all of our documents and trip information in one easy-to-find place. Heidi checked in with us multiple times during the trip to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.

Situated directly on the water in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, the Vinoy offers spectacular views and immediate access to a vibrant, walkable waterfront filled with dining, culture, and scenic paths that made it easy for our team to recharge between sessions. Whether walking along the bay, meeting over coffee, or gathering in the evenings, the setting elevated the entire offsite experience.

Our group stayed on-site, and the Vinoy team handled every detail with professionalism and care. Check-in was seamless, accommodations were comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our team felt welcomed and supported throughout the stay.
