Loved that she reached out before, during and after our trip to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. We would use her again booking our next vacation.

Our travel advisor Heather was amazing. I didn't have to worry about anything. She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer then she found the answer. This was our first trip to Universal, and it will be a memorable one for us. We can't wait to book another trip and have Heather help us again!!
