When our dinner reservation got canceled, you handled it right away and made the change for us — it felt so easy on our end. And the cake… such a special touch!

From the onset of our trip planning, right until our last day, Heather was guiding our experience and was always there for us as needed. We were especially delighted with our incredible room upgrade upon arrival!! We appreciated her assistance with all of our bookings, including golf, spa and dinner reservations. She provided a lovely itinerary, which was so helpful as we traveled. All aspects of this trip were phenomenal and we could not have pulled it off without her assistance.
