I chose a specific hotel because it was the only one left in the city that was close to the destination I needed to be at. After arriving and deciding to quickly change plans, Heather came to the rescue. Heather helped us quickly pivot when our initial plans did not work out, and suggested a great hotel in another town. It was the perfect for us. She was quick to take action and make lemonade out of lemons. Thanks Heather

Heather knows how to curate the perfect stay/experience based on your specific interests. Our time in Zurich was the favorite out of all the stops. She made the entire booking process seamless.
