Heather Copeland was phenomenal in every aspect of booking this getaway for my daughter and I! She was attentive to our needs and provided the information for booking quickly and thoroughly! Any questions I had she responded most efficiently and sent appropriate emails after booking and leading up to our stay! We really appreciate her sincere care for how well our stay was going to be and how it was! She took the time to have a surprise waiting for us in our room as well as a note thanking us and wishing us well. She definitely made me and my daughter feel special! I will definitely be using her again! She is awesome!!!
