Hannah's communication was clear, and always on time. She has a knack for bringing up and covering all of the items that you just don't think about. From uncovering perks that enhanced the trip, to travel necessities like transportation to and from the airport, she really nailed it. Work with Hannah allowed us the ease to show up and simply enjoy the vacation without having to think about anything upon arrival. It was all setup when we touched down.

Hannah helped us greatly! She booked the resort for us (and gave us other options within our budget) and put us in contact with a driving service to help us get to and from the airport as well as a day trip to a safari! The company was amazing and our driver, Hashan, was so incredibly helpful!! Hannah also got on the phone with us to discuss some insurance options and other tid bits about the trip to help put my mind at ease, especially since we were traveling so far. She even went out of her way to leave us a kind note and cake for our engagement and an upcoming birthday when we got to our room at anantara. I would highly recommend Hannah and we look forward to using her again in the future!
