We are so happy that this hotel was recommended to us by Haley. She did an amazing job with helping us with directions, dinner recommendations, and things to do. Haley was always so prompt with communication. She was VERY helpful with the logistics of getting to Positano as well with the train/ferry. We would not have been able to plan this without all her expertise!

Haley hooked us up at the Four Seasons Wailea! We received a complimentary upgrade and the daily breakfast credit ended up being fully comped. We will continue to use her services for all of our future family travel.

Haley helped me tremendously, even when I was indecisive, changed destinations, changed budgets, and even changed my plans midway through our trip. We travelled to Kauai, with plans to stayed in the North for 4 days, and the South for 6. After leaving our first hotel and arriving to our second destination, we realized we loved the North so much more, and wanted to go back to finish our trip. I want to note the second hotel Haley booked for us was LOVELY, and had amazing perks included, but the activities/vibe in the area wasn’t the same as the North shore. Even though Haley was 6 hours behind back in Florida, she responded right away to my inquiry and contacted the hotel immediately to make sure we could make the most of our trip with the change of plans. Booking with Haley gave us access to upgrades, resort credits, free breakfast (huge bonus), and it would not have been the same without having her assistance!
