Guillem Torcal's service and attention were impeccable. He adapted his proposal to our needs in record time, as the trip came up unexpectedly. * El servei i l'atenció oferts per en Guillem Torcal ha estat impecable. Va anar adaptant la seva proposta a les nostres demandes i va fer-ho en temps rècord, doncs el viatge va sorgir de manera imprevista. * El servicio y atención de Guillem Torcal ha sido impecable. Our experience with Guillem Torcal was simply exceptional. We like to travel authentically, which can be challenging in a super touristic place like Bali. Guillem not only gave us fantastic recommendations but truly took the time to listen and understand what we needed and wanted from our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience felt unique, meaningful, and perfectly tailored to us.
What stood out the most was how available he was, always there when we needed help or had a question, no matter the time. You can feel that he genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference! We couldn’t have asked for a better travel advisor!

Defenetly it has been a great experience to plan my travel to CDMX with Guillem. He spotted on in all my preference and understood perfectly the way I like to travel to experience to the fullest the local atmosphere and culture. He recommended me a charmful and peaceful neighbourhood full of cozy cafes and trendy restaurants and shops that I enjoyed a lot, while felt safety as I was travelling alone in CDMX. He not only found a very nice studio accomodation, he even managed to upgrade my room without any extra charge so I could enjoy even more my experience there. He also shared with me lots of cultural and restaurant tips to make my travel a 10. Defenetly I recommend a lot to plan your trip with Guillem to both enjoy a tailored and convenient trip and forget on spending hours searching on your own. I'm sure he will put all their passion to get the best of it!
