Gretchen Newcomer was wonderful to work with throughout the booking process for our Alaskan cruise vacation. She was very thoughtful in regards what worked best for our family. Along with booking our cruise, she offered great insight on where to stay in Seattle the evening before we embarked on the cruise. She also made our Seattle hotel reservations and all the travel arrangements between the airport, hotel, and cruise ship. Every step of the process was wonderful, from my first correspondence with Gretchen when we began making reservations, to our arrival back home. I would highly recommend Gretchen. She provided a great service to our family, and I’m sure we will be using her again in the future.

Gretchen went above and beyond anything we expected to make sure we got into our room as soon as possible and get us any upgrades that were available to us that we were not aware of. We appreciate her extra effort and hard work to get us the best deals available. Thanks!

Gretchen was so thoughtful when she called the hotel and let them know we would be there early and the room was ready for us after a long morning of traveling. I cannot appreciate her enough!

The overall experience with Gretchen was fantastic and seamless. She really took into account our budget and helped find places that were nice and within range. She was kind to work with and made it a welcoming experience. It was a lot better than having to do research on my own. I will use her again for sure! Thank you so much for making this part of our trip easy and calm!
