Grace was extremely helpful when it came to our trip to New Orleans! She listened to all of our hotel preferences and even gave us new options that we did not consider before. She gave us options all within our budget and desired location. She was so easy to work with and highly responsive, even giving us the hotel options within a few days of our inquiry. When we had questions, she was very quick to reply and gave us advice that improved our trip. We wouldn't have had a great trip without her! We would highly recommend Grace for any future travel experiences!!

Grace was able to take care of flights, transportation, excursions, and the room at the hotel. She surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries which was so thoughtful! When we had trouble checking in for our flight home, she dropped everything to help us get it sorted right away. She also gave us a disposable camera to document our memories! She takes feedback well when things don’t go according to plan and communicates quickly and effectively. We have used her twice now and will continue to use her in the future!
