Gigi handled all details of this reservation to perfection. She secured us any necessary reservations within the resort (ie. spa, restaurant) and also worked directly with the resort to lock in a room upgrade, early check in and late check out. She made sure the trip of our dreams came true!! She was on top of this booking the whole way through, making sure everything was lined up perfectly for us. Thank you Gigi!!!
