My Story
I have a daughter and my philosophy is to create experiences, show her the world, from China to Colombia, Slovenia to renting a house in Mexico for the summer. Moments, culture, laughter and food!
Travel Style
I usually look for unique experiences rather than the fanciest hotels (although those are great as well!) Some of my best trips have been to amazing, boutique locations, like on a lake in Guatemala, meeting people from around the world and reveling in the architecture of the hotel that you wouldn't find anywhere else. I am more a beach and sun goer than a snow/winter gal. I love a great book, listening to the waves and getting lost in an amazing sunset at a tropical destination. Although, one trip I never thought was "me" was driving around Iceland in the winter; it was one of the most incredible experiences and spurred my interest to do a road-trip in Eastern Europe a few months ago. I think one of the best parts of travel is always being creative, coming up with new ideas, wish lists, bucket list locations and planning. I have years worth of google docs planned for trips I haven't been on yet but can't wait to book!
