She was on top of everything listened to exactly what we wanted and was looking for. We did have some hiccups in our trip plans but she made herself avaliable to help in whatever needed help with. Very proactive and thorough..she stayed in contact with me the whole time leading up to our trip making sure all basis where getting covered. She made sure to send reminders when payments where going to be coming through(which was real helpful) she even checked up on us a couple times throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly! I highly recommend her for your traveling plans..I will definitely be going back to her for our next trip! I also loved that she offered recommendations based on her own personal experiences with traveling..super helpful!
