We can't say enough good things about our experience with Gayla! When our airline unexpectedly let us down with a last-minute cancellation, we were stressed and unsure of what to do next. But Gayla stepped in immediately and truly went above and beyond to turn the situation around.
Within hours, she had rearranged our travel transportation transfers and made sure our reservation with the resort was appropriately adjusted. Gayla was a great communicator whose quick thinking and genuine care for our experience made all the difference.
