Gavin was fantastic. When we first booked, I told him I had no desire to ever go on a cruise. Gavin then looked into various options that weren't cruises, but included a cruise option as a just in case. We then started looking into all the details, options and he helped sell us on taking our very first cruise. We were not disappointed. Even so much that his other non cruise offerings are already in our sights for future travels, as they also seemed like amazing options!

Even when I was getting stressed the week prior to our trip due to government shutdown, Gavin and his team were able to help us rebook our flights, and arrange us a hotel for an early flight in.

The communication from when we first booked with him, the weeks/months leading up to the trip, and then even during and post trip was fantastic.
