He provided a daily interactive itinerary with all of the required bookings and tickets. He also gave timings and guidelines of how long it would take from trains and planes to hotels. He described each city, hotel, and gave a list of recommendations of where to eat and what to see.

We only gave him two weeks to make this all happen, as our plans changed last minute. We couldn’t believe what he pulled off in such a short period of time.
