Our stay was absolutely incredible! The hotel itself was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and Gabriela’s assistance made everything even more special. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We especially loved the option she chose for us in Florence. it was perfectly located, right in the center of everything and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
