Francesca helped plan our entire 2-3 week trip to Barcelona, Venice, Florence, Elba, and Sorrento. In the initial stages of planning, she and I spoke for 1-2 hours about me and my family...our likes/dislikes, must see/do list, and financing. She then came up with an itinerary of activities, tours, places to stay, and restaurant options for eating. We then discussed the options she had presented us, and she put together the perfect trip for our family! She booked everything from train tickets, hotels, private car transfers, boat rental, tours, activities/shows, and even made all of our restaurant reservations! She put it altogether with all of our vouchers and tickets into an app that we could look at and see detailed plans and descriptions of each day. There were even maps that showed walking routes from our hotels to meeting points for excursions and restaurants. She thought of every detail and emailed us each morning to remind us of what times we needed to leave and things like "make sure to bring some water as it will be hot today." She was available to us throughout our trip and responded immediately when we had a question (which was only once about a hotel charge discrepancy that she took care of right away.) I will definitely be using Francesca for my future travel, and I highly recommend her to everyone!
