Flo Coble

Flo made this trip so easy for us! She was so knowledgeable on all of the Maui properties and used our feedback to narrow it down to our choice hotel. She quickly answered our questions, gave honest feedback, and it felt like she truly took our circumstances into consideration. She made sure everything was kid friendly, yet nice enough to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays. Her communication before and during the trip were amazing. While we were there she was very quick to respond with suggestions on what activities to do. Our trip ended with a big storm and we were really appreciative that Flo proactively reached out with rainy day suggestions, travel tips, and more to keep us safe and busy. It's fair to say that she made our trip what it was and are so grateful for her help and knowledge!

Working with Flo was amazing! She took special time and thoughtfulness listening to what our family wanted to get from the trip. She provided so many options for us to chose from and made sure our accommodations were set for arrival. She also coordinated special welcome amenities that were such a nice touch. Working with Flo was the BEST decision we made for this trip. She was fast and precise with communication. She was thoughtful in helping us decide on rooms, plans, what to expect, etc. She was thorough and went above and beyond in many ways (communications, bookings, thinking of all angels, etc). Flo! Wow! I think about how blessed we were to have Flo to know what our 7 member family wanted to experience and her putting her talent to organize and book it for all for us. It truly matters when you have Flo that is connected to the hotels, the house on the water, the private tour guides, the car rentals, the travel insurance agent, the best places to eat and all the recommendations that we could experience as we travel around the islands. And then there is a day before we are going back to the States, the airline delays our flight to middle of the night. A call to Flo and she booked us into The Royal Hawaiian on the evening of July 3. What an end of a trip experience that was!! If you are going to travel to Hawaii, you need Flo!
