The level of service Flavia provides is truly surreal. Her direct connection with top hotels makes all the difference, I always get the best early check-ins and late check-outs, which completely change the travel experience. Now I’m heading to Japan, and she already arranged a hotel that confirmed a late check-out at 9pm! In Paris, at the Crillon, we had a late check-out until 6pm, incredible. She’s always reliable, detail-oriented, and goes above and beyond. On top of that, she has the most amazing travel tips .. things you won’t find in any guidebook.

Our experience with Flavia as our travel advisor was absolutely outstanding. Without her, we would never have enjoyed the incredible upgrade she secured for us. She personally contacted the hotel manager, and upon arrival we were surprised with an amazing Mega Suite , our photo in the room along with thoughtful welcome amenities that made us feel truly special.Flavia went above and beyond, she had already reserved the hotel restaurant for us before we even arrived, and throughout our stay she was always attentive, checking in and ensuring every detail was perfect. She also arranged reservations at some of the most amazing restaurants in São Paulo, which really elevated our trip. Her care, dedication, and professionalism are unmatched. I can’t recommend her highly enough: a true 10/10 experience!

I don’t even know where to start : our trip was perfect from beginning to end, and that’s 100% thanks to Flavia Bottura (@naoesqueceramdemim). She understood our multi-generational family like no one else: the pace, the logistics, the little moments that matter. New York with my parents was unforgettable , Flavia suggested a limousine ride that felt surreal and created memories we’ll talk about forever. In the Bahamas, she balanced rest and fun flawlessly: the hotel, the beach and the water park were spot on; the kids kept saying it was the best place they’ve ever been, my husband fell in love with it, and my mother-in-law was beyond grateful to live all of that with the grandchildren. And then came The Breakers : Flavia insisted we include it, and wow, she was right. It was the cherry on top: elegant, easy and full of those “this is why we travel” moments. We barely left the resort and we’re already planning to go back.What sets Flavia apart is her know-how and care: VIP touches, smart reservations, clear guidance, and real-time support the whole way. Every time we needed something, she was there. I wouldn’t plan another family trip without her 11/10, truly outstanding.Love, love Love !!
