Fiona Mechem

Fiona is an absolute joy to work with! She is accommodating, delightful, and works hard to make sure your trip is special. I love the App she provided for us that showed every detail of our trip to include reservations, trains, hotels, etc.

This is the second trip we have used Fiona to curate for us-and I will never go back to planning a trip myself. My husband and I work full time with two young kids, planning an abroad experience and vacation is just not something we have the time or desire to do as our mental load is full. It was a luxurious experience to have every activity, every logistic and every stay thought out, plotted and dialed. Fiona worked with us on the front end to understand what we were wanting out of our Switzerland experience, she gave us so many options (but kept it simple) for difference prices, experiences and tours. She even booked all our train tickets (Switzerland is so confusing on how they do this and it was so nice that she figured it out on the front end and got everything arranged and explained). Also, she was available at all times during our trip for us to text or ask a question-the weather was unfortunately pretty rainy and it was nice that she was available to help us pivot where needed. Right before our trip she met with us in person to walk us through the itinerary and even gave packing ideas! We are already thinking of where we are going to ask her to book our next trip! We love Fiona!

Fiona was thoughtful, resourceful, and enthusiastic when she planned our entire trip. She laid out costs, gave us multiple options, and uploaded everything we needed for our trip to a really helpful app. I would plan another trip with Fiona in a heartbeat, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to travel in style!
